Willow Grove Naval Air Station Re-Development, Horsham, PA

Assisted EVP with initial master planning effort for the re-development of the 862-acre Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Horsham, PA. Coordinated and oversaw consultants, leasing team, and legal counsel. Collaborated with state and local government agencies and utility companies. Assisted with development of the initial pro-formas and budgets. Project is currently on hold due to delays by governmental agencies.

Oversaw all phases of new commercial and industrial development and construction, as well as tenant and capital improvement projects, in PA and NJ.
