Teterboro Landing, Teterboro, NJ; 2015 - Present
New 55-acre mixed-use development six miles from Manhattan and near the New Jersey Transit Rail Station and Teterboro Airport. Development includes retail, light industrial/flex space, and a “Restaurant Row,” with 18 retail tenants totaling over 383,000 SF. Retailers include: Costco, Walmart, BJs Brewhouse, Texas Roadhouse, Chick fil A, Petco, Panera, Habit Burger, Halal Guys, Blaze Pizza, GNC, 16 Handles, Sarku Japan, Chipotle, T-Mobile, European Wax Center, Kicks USA, and City MD.
Willow Grove Naval Air Station Re-Development, Horsham, PA; 2015 - 2017
Re-development of the 862-acre Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Horsham, PA. Worked on initial master planning effort. Project is currently on hold. Approved Land Use Plan includes office, retail, residential (homes and multi-family), parks and open space, a school, homeless housing, CCRC, recreation center, and an extensive infrastructure network.
